Hercules was a good choice of purchase and had an intime delivary and Mr.Umeah was very approachable and humble when explaining the details when I purchased in the month of December 2024 . I recently had a problem and the service person visited and recommended for a replacement and then came the problem in service . Iam still waiting after even 10 days of time , not getting an appropriate date of replacement. If the service is also improved, it will be good to go With hercules
