Good place for workout. One of the better gyms in the area definitely. All equipments and variety of weights present for serious builders. It doesn't have any competition in the near by area as I have explored 6 gyms in Thanisandra and neighbouring areas.

I request everybody not to join "EXPOSE FITNESS", When I went for admission a trainer named "ZUBAIR", directly suggested me steroids for instant results,I don't think he is a professional trainer as he has zero knowledge about the gym. I request not to take personal training from him.
