I've been to many gyms, but this one truly stands out! The equipment is top-of-the-line and always clean. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is motivating, with great music, friendly members, and plenty of space to work out comfortably. I especially love the group fitness classes--they're fun, energetic, and a great way to stay accountable. Also, the hygiene and maintenance are excellent. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. Highly recommended!

Shakti gym town has all the right equipment and trainer manjanna is especially very enthusiastic and lively and is very knowledgeable about not just what exercises to do but also how to do them. He is very attentive and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. He also gives great advice on diet and nutrition.
