The pool is standard sized, 50m length and 25m wide, depth ranging from 4ft shallow to 7ft deep, the waters clean, and the staff are nice. Has 10 Lanes. There is a babby pool too, for breaking in swimming for toddlers and kids. I really enjoy swimming here, sometimes I come here everyday and there's guest entry too, but will be limited to 5.5ft-6ft (for safety reasons, since nobody knows if they can swim or just here to play with friends. If you know swimming and are a regular you'll be allotted a lane to swim) Life guard will be on active duty whenever the pool is open. And yes they have saved a lot of people from drowning and blackouts. One of the best public pools in Karnataka actually. the best in Shivamogga. I learned to swim from the coach Ramesh and they'll do everything perfectly to teach you how to swim. I would recommend this any day of the week to anyone learning to swim or just wanting to have a good swimming session.

It's a government maintained sports complex having 3 Lawn Tennis courts, One Skating track and one Olympic size swimming pool. All these courts are of international standard with very good coaches Their fees are also reasonable and competitive. You can also come here as a guest and enjoy for a single day with very attractive fees. Overall it's a very good place for all age group and all genders and one should always give it a try escape in summers.
