I had been suffering from L5 S1 Disc bulge from past two months, I couldn't even stand up straight and walk, Orthopedic and neuro Doctors told that, you need to get surgery done,There's no other option. So I lost the hopes in myself and a good friend of mine suggested Dr. Arjun puranik. So I went through 15 session of physiotherapy and trusted Dr. Arjun. Hello friends, I must write this review. I waited for this day to write something about this great man called Arjun puranik. I have an issue with rotator cuff tear which dint allow me to throwing and playin cricket. I had visited many doctors in Bangalore. Most of them suggested to go with key hole surgery. And I took ayurveda treatment . That also dint worked for me. Finally I heard about this great man arjun puraannik sir from my close friends.he patiently listened my issues and problems. After hearing my problem, he said surgery is not at all required. Will solve this problem with physiotherapy.Initially I dint believe. He took very minimum sessions around 8 to 10 sessions(based on severity of issue).I have started to feel better day by day under his guidance. All type of advanced technology and instruments are available here for each issue like ultrasonic, cupping , strengthening equipments etc. After 15 days my issues started to heal. And I have started to feel better.after one month my issue almost improved. Im playing cricket now and throwing balls. I would strongly recommend Arjun sir for physiotherapist and sports rehabilitation. He is patient, good listener, friendly, and also I would say best physio. Consultancy fees also vey very minimum compared to other physiotherapist.he is not here to make money. He is here to serve the society.
