Best place to loose and gain the wait here, and lots of equipment are there for workout, well maintained equipment and the washroom also clean and separate shower also there, it is best gym the membership also quite affordable.

It's one of the good gyms available in Shimoga with good trainers, especially the certified professional trainer Chethan is very good who knows not only good workout plans but also workout techniques for each muscles and nutrition plans for different body types. Another best thing about Chethan is that one need not be taking a personal training sessions from him but still guides others with new workout techniques and also corrects if someone is working out wrongly.
overall it's been a good place for workout for around 2 years now.

Very bad and traumatized experience with this D code fitness. I don't suggest this place. Simply they take money and dont give proper training, diet plan and even trainers ask money frequently for their personal. Waste of money, time, and even reputation . Plz don't dive into this frauders. Full of cheat and frauders.
