A good, basic gym with a satisfactory range of free weights and machines. No A/C, but usable early morning or late afternoon. No showers or lockers. Purified water is available. Very good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

Oxygen Gym has been awesome to me. I came to Mysore as a tourist and they warmly welcomed me to have a workout. Their trainers are experienced and can give you helpful tips for every occasion. The machines are exceptional and really well maintained. The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.
