He is passionate about his job and it shows. His knowledge is immense and he explains each movement extremely clearly, as well as the reasons why each of the exercises is important. Very attentive, he always keeps an eye on the correct execution of the movements and helps us to correct them until they are perfect. Training with him is really fun. He knows how to make us progress quickly and achieve our goals.

"Deliciously Sweaty" ? That's what you will be after this class ;) !!! Every single day! The result speaks for itself about the workout sessions and other reviewers have already covered it. So I am not going to brag about it that much. However, I would like to highlight that it is as much fun as the workout itself. He is Witty, Sarcastic, Funny and strict at the same time.
