I've been a member of intense fitness from past 1.5 years, since I have joined this gym I truly feel I made the right choice.. The equipments are top-notch, always clean and well maintained.. Trainers are supportive, motivating and knowledgeable.. They prepare a workout card according to your requirements..

V Unprofessional Gym! They conduct reels instead of Zumba workout classes and give the excuse that members asked for it!
Why do u have to agree , I ask? Is it a workout class or silly reels class!? And are we also not members , we never asked!? Did u take our consent !?
I saw along with us other 2 members also left and they are least bothered about it!
We leave our work and plan the day accordingly but they have no seriousness!
And there are trainers who are not at all interested in training always busy chatting with some members who don't seem to have any seriousness about fitness !
Made a big mistake of signing up for 6 months with them!

Trainers and staff are not efficient . There are few ladies who come there for timepass and these trainers and staff run the place like they want ! They change the schedule of the class as per their wish , trainers are busy chit chatting with them and we need to keep asking them after every set what to do next but sometimes they are no where to be found. There are exceptions but most of the trainers and staff are like that! Hope the management address this else this place will be closed soon!

This is the worst gym I have seen and there is no trainers and full of time pass members and even if u ask for an exercise card they won't give and they try to increase only membership , pls don't join
