Both of the Co-Founders are very friendly. Equipments and maintenance are fine.Once they had pretty good trainers who were very supportive and knowledgable . But the current trainer especially "Harish" is very rude, harsh in behaviour to the clients doesn't guide you even if you're doing exercises in wrong from. Overall good gym But Trainers aren't up to the mark.

Writing this review after several unpleasant experiences with other gyms in the past. To start with, Mr Visshwa who is a co-founder of EFC, is an amazing gentleman who will always make sure to check on you if things are going smoothly. Trainers are good and are very helpful unlike other gyms, where they would reach out to you only if you opt for personal training,else they don't even bother to correct you if you are not maintaining the correct posture . Equipments are good , locker /changing room is spacious and the entire facility is maintained well. My best wishes to EFC team .

Clean space, high quality and brand new equipment. I like the studio and the mix of people who come there, trainers are enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared. Lots of varied equipment, the gym has everything I need for my workout.

One of the best Gym's in Mysore. Equipment is top notch. The best part about the gym is Hygeine is of upmost importance to the Managment. After my back injury, I went to this gym and the expertise of the trainers helped me recover rapidly. I also chose this Gym as the trainers here are Experienced and well versed with Variety of Workouts like plyometrics, Stretching and Weight Training which really helped me with my injury. They also focus on flexibility and agitlity exercises like Jump Box Drills, Dot Drills and Rope Drills. Overall an excellent Gym and perfectly suits my needs.

The gym is housed in a spacious area with modern equipment. The trainers are professionally inclined and are being guided by Sri Balakrishna who was Mr Universe. The gym promises youngsters a unique gymming experience and the opportunity to train in state of the art atmosphere. Wishing this endeavour a great success.
