Trainer will provide proper guidance and also motivate the client. If you go with some ambitions, the coach will definitely help you to reach your goal. Terrific facility, team, infrastructure. This is one of the best stand-alone gyms I have worked out in India. Everytime in Moodabidri for work, I work out from Swami's strength training Centre/gym. Swami sir is always available to guide, help. The gym is raw, yet sophisticated! Very spacious. What's also impressive is how disciplined every member is, they keep it clean, weights are always kept back in rack after workout. Every member is available to assist when required, super polite and friendly. I have recommended this gym to a lot of my friends from Mangaluru, grateful to Swami sir for setting up this centre and being a role model for local youth.
