We booked 2 rooms for our stay on the night of 19th, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The food was delicious and the pricing was quite reasonable, which was a big plus. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide valet parking, which could be an inconvenience for some guests. Other than that, everything was well managed and we had a good experience.

The staff was genuinely caring, the services prompt, and the property is impeccably clean. Its proximity to the MAHE campus makes it especially convenient for academic visitors. The food was satisfying, and I must commend Mr N. Shetty for his exceptional attentiveness and professionalism. His commitment to maintaining strong customer relationships truly stands out. He handled every aspect of the stay with skill and grace, reflecting the kind of flexibility and empathy that are essential in the hospitality industry. It's clear that the entire team works in harmony, and their collective effort is a key reason why guests like me return without hesitation - never needing to consider other options in town. We booked two rooms out of which one standard room was so wrong at so many levels. Firstly I doubt if there's some training for housekeeping staff as in who comes to clean room with guests didn't even ask you to do so. Staff came and rijigged everything and even removed clean clothes by putting them over suitcase how come one do so as suitcase is anyway dirty no matter how much one cleans it. What's the privacy of guests is something they need to learn as you can't enter someone's room without seeing any sign or marker as we didn't put the card for cleaning rooms. Secondly the room wasn't cleaned properly but just changed toiletries and towels were wet too which were kept next to tv cabinet instead of washroom. Is this the way you keep stuff? I called the reception but they didn't even resolve the issue as for them this might not be important. Thirdly in one of the other rooms we booked card key wasn't working and then got a normal key which wasn't replaced even on day 2. Fourthly despite asking for water as we were 3 in one of the rooms they didn't bring it for hours. No extra towels despite charging extra for an additional adult guest. My family and I had pathetic experience due to bad housekeeping.

I had a really good stay at Hometown Galleria, Manipal. The service was very good and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The food was also great and added to the overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me from a standard room to an executive room free of cost, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the Family Suite and deluxe rooms , and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! * The room was spacious, clean, and ideal for families. * There were two separate bathrooms, which was very convenient. * A large common living area made it easy to relax and spend time together. * Loved the outdoor sitting area - perfect for enjoying fresh air and conversations. * The kitchen space was well-equipped and extremely handy for longer stays. * Interiors were neat and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel very homely. * Staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. * Location was peaceful yet well-connected to everything we needed. * Hassle-free check-in/check-out and great hospitality throughout. Truly a 5-star stay! Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a relaxing vibe.
