Worst gym in manipal don't even think about this gym *trainers are very rude they don't respect you *time limit is very less even if you workout for an hour they will stare you like your there for 3 hours *they will ask you unnecessary questions like are you coming for timepass (you can't even rest after your set) Or for how exercises left *if you use your phone they will snatch your phone from your hand *they don't let you on the fans *If you even make any little sound, they will come to you and shout loudly in front of everyone *If you are a beginner and you don't do the exercise properly, they will grab you very rudely to correct your posture

Has almost all the equipment needed. Trainers are helpful . Timings are manageable

It's a great fitness center. It's new and has high quality imported fitness equipments. Very well maintained. The trainers are professionals and simply put The Best. Extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is amazing. Motivational music is always played with videos of body builders working out. Has a well maintained changing room and a restroom. Clean good quality water is always present. Everyone working out in the gym are very amicable. P.S. Would highly recommend this gym for both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Awesome gym. This gym is underrated. They provide very good service. Trainers are very friendly. Trainers themselve are bodybuilders, and have competed in national competitions. Equipments are also good. Fee is the lowest in Manipal. The only little bit down point is that there is no AC. But it doesn't matter. If you have dedication, you can do it. If you want a trainer who can motivate and push your limits, you should definitely go to this gym.

Leaving this review here after an year of experience in this gym. No comparison between any other gym bcz this is my first one. Me myself being a lifestyle educator and nutritionist always struggled gaining weight. I have gained 9.2 kgs in 1 year span. All thanks to Anand sir and his team. They were humble and kind with all the practical knowledge to help me out. Always helped me to believe in myself and motivated me. They never forced me to lift extreme heavier weights or forced to take any supplements. This place made my manipal days best one. Gym consists very well maintained equipments and affordable for students. The environment of gym is very much positive, I felt home here. I whole heartedly thank Anand sir, Manju sir and Chandrahas sir for helping me for what I am today.

A good gym with all equipment and trainers are around you always and a big place for many people. Its a good gym for women also
