One of my best experiences of gym. Initially I was very scared of going to the gym but it was high time I got on track to maintain my weight at a constant. Thus I enquired about Core fitness and started going to the place one fine evening with a mix of anticipation,fear and excitement.But the experience was just worth it. The staff there taught me adequately about the workouts and always had my back. So I highly recommend this place for all the starters. 1. Adequate equipments 2. Highly supportive staff 3.
