If u r really serious about bodybuilding and need a coach Mr world (1990) will help you out... but u have to be serious about bodybuilding lol...

I joined this gym 10 years ago, as a teenager. The aim was to build up my body and me and my friends used to work out for hours together. There was a feeling of each member being a part of an extended family here, which is usually a rare thing to find! I had stopped working out after an year or so from then, due to other commitments and being out of station for a few years. But here I am now, back again to the same place. The aim right now is to lose weight and get back in shape. Yup. A decade has passed by. Fitness aim has come a full circle. But still, this gym is my go-to place. It is located in a peaceful area and the guidance of Mr. Wilfred is really helpful and motivating. I recommend this place.

The gym membership is for 600 rupees per month and the place is good with amazing people to socialize with and to help you

It's an ok place , equipment is ok , not a lot of variety machines but for the price it's good , cheap place , don't expect much , u get what u paid for , 600 rs/ month
