PHYSIQUE Unisex Gym

Been there for around 3 months. Very good experience and affordable fee. Easily accessible. Master is very helpful, the space is not crowded and couple's packages are also available. Necessary washroom facilities and drinking water are available. Separate changing rooms for male and female are provided. Lockers are available with key. The fee was around 700 per month during 2022-23 period of time. And mostly they won't force you to pay fee by the exact date and it's okay to pay late one or two weeks. Master will be there after five to night and he will reach each and every person and support in each step. Five to seven will be the less crowded time period.

I've been working out at Physique Unisex Gym for almost 4 years now, and it's been a truly great experience.The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a very positive and energetic vibe. My trainer, Anil &,Rajesh Sir is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive--always tailoring workouts to fit my goals and pushing me in the right way. I genuinely feel lucky to have Anil & Rajesh Sir as my trainer..their knowledge, dedication and training techniques are absolutely top class and incredible! Gym has renovated recently and upgraded. Both coaches are good and their guidance is best. Fees is average. The gym is not crowded. You can workout freely. It is a well maintained gym. Had a great experience with everyone over there.

One of the best gyms in Mangalore city with a commitment to training and getting healthy individuals. Furthermore, it has a separate aerobic room, which I haven't seen in many other gyms, which makes it unique. I trained here since 2014 and worked out until late 2021, so I didn't feel like switching gyms. I couldn't visit since I was out of town, but I'm sure once I get back I'll go and do my workout.

Best for both male as well as girl trainers are too friendly

The gym is very clean. The trainer is quite old but is a beast! He has won many titles Country wide in his 19's day. The people are friendly too. I personally suggest you this gym cuz i too do my workout here.

It's a best place for body development and physic. The staff support is very nice and consist of varieties of gym equipment ... Truly love this place.
