The gym that I'll highly rate. It's well-equipped with a variety of machines and free weights, catering to all types of workouts. The trainer/owner is very approachable and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and ensure proper form. Hygiene is a priority here, with clean equipments and floors.

One of the best gyms in Mangalore. The gym is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. The master at the gym has deep insight on workouts and makes sure that each one of us gets personal attention and has a good workout. The members at the gym are very friendly and motivating and the atmosphere at the gym is the right one to train peacefully but at the same time train hard(which i believe is often looked past but is very essential). If you are looking for a gym, then rest assured because you surely won't regret joining this gym.
