Joined the gym for powerlifting prep and it has been the best prep I've had upto now. The gym itself is very purpose driven. Mr.Prachetha (Head Coach) is a guy who himself has trained and excelled in powerlifting,weightlifting and bodybuilding. He guides us through very detailed information and assesses all our weak points. It's one of the best gyms in South India for strength training/ weightlifting/ bodybuilding all in all.

There are other formats of workout available too including counselling sessions. The extremely dedicated team will be with you every step of your journey and ensure you don't give up!
