Body Hunt Gym

It is a budget friendly gym. There are enough equipment's to get a good workout. I used to go in the evening, and there wasn't much rush that time. There is enough parking space Infront of the building. It is also easily accessible, as its on the Bangalore highway. The owner is a friendly guy. These are the Pro's regarding the gym. Coming to the con's. I'm not sure if these can be called as Con's because the monthly fee of the gym is cheap and hence there is the argument to be made that these con's are fine. However, for those who wants to know the con's, here it is. If you are someone who had been to clean gyms, this will be a let down. Most people don't bring their own towels, and when they finish workouts, usually you can see the sweat there which they don't care to wipe. The changing room is a small space which is not at all clean and is dusty. There is no space to keep your things. The small changing room is also used as locker to keep your things, but like i told, it is full of dust. The washroom is the worst! Reminded me of local bus stand washroom. The way the drinking water is provided isn't good either, the steel glass kept with it is very unclean. Another issue i noticed is that the owner lets some regulars to keep and change the music and sometimes they keep it at very high volumes and it becomes very uncomfortable. Next issue is with the people who use the gym, they take the dumbbells or weights from the rack and once their workout is over, they just leave it on the floor. You can see dozen's of dumbbells and weights on the floor every day. Overall its a fine gym, if you can look beyond the inconveniences I've mentioned, because its a budget friendly gym. For the 500-600 Rs you are paying, this might be fine. This is why i gave 4 star. If the fee was 1000+, then it would definitely been a 1 star rating. But, For the fee we are paying, we can't expect a lot more. Some points the owner can take care though : - Please keep the changing room clean. There are too many waste things in the that room that can be cleared. It is just 1 hour work. - Please make the washroom neat and clean. Instead of wasting money on the lights inside the gym, spending some to clean the washroom would greatly help your gym. - Take care of how the drinking water is being served there. Change that glass or at least clean in properly every day. - Please don't allow others to play music at very high volumes. - Please ask people to bring their own towels and wipe the sweat off the bench or machine's once their workout is over. - Please make sure everyone is keeping back the weights they unracked. Make it a rule and enforce it. This will improve the gym experience. Its a basic civic sense too. All these won't cost you much, but it will really help to change the gym into a better space.

Honestly it's a good gym... Especially trainer. Buget friendly fees.. And good with equipment

Wonderful gym for a reasonable price. Contains good quality equipments. Trainer is humble person.

It's my first gym. Feeling nostalgic. It was great working out here during college days. One of the nicest gyms at Mangalore at a very reasonable price. The owner/coach/trainer : Chethan is a very nice and humble person.
