Body Basics provides the most friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I genuinely look forward to being there every day! They offer a variety of group activities, including both yoga and functional training, with something new each day. It's incredibly refreshing! What stands out is the personal attention given to everyone--it makes a big difference. The style of yoga practiced here is innovative and unlike anything I've experienced before--definitely the best in my opinion.
