I joined last month, and so far, my experience has been fantastic. It's a well-managed facility with knowledgeable trainers, especially Mr. Ravi, who is always available to assist and guide. The gym was good, i was on a holiday to Madekeri Paid 150 for a day pass I went in the afternoon and there was no crowd It gets the job done like any other gym, dumbbells barbells and machines The back extention machine was not sturdy cleanliness not up to the mark there were spider webs on the machines and no clean mats or even cleaning liquids and towel to wipe of the mats and machines after use. Nevertheless had a great fullbody workout

Needed a gym to go and workout while we were on a holiday in Coorg. This place is just perfect with all the necessary equipment and weights. It's conveniently located in the market area. But note that it's on the third floor and there in is no lift - which makes for good cardio reaching up there are treadmills; cross trainers; machines for chest shoulders, legs, arms; olympic barbells, dumb bells. The equipment are of very good quality and the ambience is conducive for working out. You can also pay for single sessions, which me and my wife took. Or even sign up for monthly and annual membership, which are very reasonably priced. Big shout out to Ganesh Sir, the owner of the gym. He's a natural body builder who has won multiple prestigious tournaments. A very humble and knowledgeable person, who is there to guide and help you. I am from Mumbai. There are many fancy and expensive gyms in my locality. But a gym like Royal Fitness Gold is all you need to achieve your fitness goals. Wish there was something simple, humble, yet classy in my locality. I highly recommend this to all locals in Madikeri and those who want to stay fit while you're travelling or on a holiday.
