I've been going to Nas Gym since it started, and I love it. The equipment is top-notch and the place is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym has a great atmosphere(especially in the morning) and welcomes all fitness levels. For the price, the value is excellent. I highly recommend Nas Gym to anyone looking for a great workout space!
This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. With their help I have gained 13kg+ and my strength has more than doubled. They really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes.
Best Gym in Madikeri, This is a wonderful well equipped gym. good changing rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. Better equipment compared to any of the other Gym in that locality. Well qualified Professional trainer who involve themselves with passionate towards their job. 10 stars if there was an option.
