I've been working out at this gym for over 2 years. The environment is encouraging, unlike other gyms where trainers might push you to do negative stuffs. The owner, Siddu Anna, and the trainers are professional. The quality of the dumbbells and weights is excellent.
The only improvements I'd recommend are better washroom cleanliness, improved ventilation, fixing some worn-out machines, and adding a Smith machine.
Overall, it's a good gym in Koppal.

The gym is not well equipped and lacks many of the basic gym equipments forget about Smith machine this gym doesn't even have a leg extension machine. There's literally no ventilation in the gym,No adequate lighting,most of the machines are worn out. Cable cross over is so damaged that it gives you near death experience. The washroom is so disgusting that you might just contact a new disease. Oh! Yeah the gym is open only from 6:30 AM to 8:50 AM and 5:30PM to 8:50 PM.
