This gym offers separate women only gym floor which gives a comfort --ideal for focusing solely on your fitness. I really appreciate how my trainer conducts our gym sessions. Their training style is professional, motivating, and well-structured. They pay close attention to form and technique, always making sure I perform each exercise safely and effectively.

Well equipped.There is separate floor for ladies.And has a separate ladies trainer Meghana well knowledged and friendly toward her clients.Recommened gym.

The best n hygienic gym in kolar with good equipments that I have seen is sree gym ..... Something I liked the most . There is a personal lady trainer Meghana maam who takes care of each n every person individually n it is best place for girls to workout
