For beginner.... It's oky to join .. Trainer says they don't allow to do your exercise freely and lift more weights they only train according to their plans... It suits only for beginners . Am regular to gym and already trained by professional trainer. How can I accept these type of illogical rules. How can I believe trainers are modern? Even they don't have monthly package admission system.. Not a friendly gym for experienced guyzs... Poor experience
