Pathetic customer care, the coach is arrogant and demands extra fees after 2 months claiming that you are using more machines. Really? Not recommended for privacy concerns for ladies also. Cameras are not turned off during ladies workout.

Worst management, No privacy for ladies.. CCTV cameras will not be turned-OFF during ladies session. Why the shameless management want to look at ladies during workout? Security & safety is not an excuse to watch ladies working out. Find a privacy prioritized and safer gym for ladies.

Worst experience,that ladies trainer "Bharti" is the worst trainer,very rough and rude way of talking.First she won't guide u how to use equipments and later shout and won't let u workout peacefully and quarrels over silly things
Seen many ladies trainers in gulbarga but she is the worst.
Appropriate action should b taken as this behavior is unacceptable
