From the moment you step inside this gym, you will feel the energy, a professional environment, as a unisex gym I feel safe and comfortable as a woman. Hygiene is maintained, clean area. Most gym equipment is present, I started as a beginner now I can plan my fitness journey, thanks to Anand. He is well behaved and teach you properly according to your goal. People respect gym equipments and look after each other. I find it one of the best in it's area and value for money.

This Gym is very well equipped.. The instructor Anand is very professional. He him self a National level body builder. He provide u a lot of new workouts routines and a perfect diet plan .which helps to loose the weight .Gym had Clean and friendly environment..I mainly recommend for Beginners.
