Hubli Gymkhana Club

More than a century old from the British Times this club still retains old world charm. Reasonably maintained it has good atmosphere and ambience in the evening. One can sit in the lawns and enjoy dinner. Rooms are well appointed but a bit overpriced for a club.

An old club that has some of the face in tact but otherwise built over. Stayed in the newly refurbished rooms. No breakfast available but will be catered to if asked for. Evening ambience is good. Close early, by 9.30 during covid restrictions. Manager can be polite while ensuring rules being met. Staff is polite and otherwise helpful. The morning guard called us when had left our in the room. Had snacks and rinks in the evening at the lawns. We'll lit and fetching Pakodas were served hot. The service was very prompt. Overall a

The rate for lodging was expensive .Very poor service .The entrance to the room was not kept neat .All things were scattered everywhere .The restaurant service too was very bad.The waiters were poorly dressed,unhygienic .Morning complimentary breakfast was delivered in carry bags.On the whole ,not a good place to stay.Not worth the amount .
