Providing good gym equipments Experience was very good with good fecilities the trainers was so good and eco friendly, Mithu sir was taking care of everything and it was a good experience. And also Mithun sir is good at teaching in exercise also good at suggesting a diet food.

Since I'm on my starting phase at the gym. At first I don't even have any idea.Honestly this was my fourth day.Day by day I'm getting stronger.
