I have been part of Rebuild Fitness from past five months and here is my detailed review as I am leaving Hassan and shifting to Bangalore. As a Fitness Enthusiast, fitness is a summation of functionality and endurance for me rather than aesthetically pleasing muscles. After the Lockdown 1.0, my search for a gym which combined weights, machines along with equipment which allows me to use body weight and do range of cross functional exercises led me to Rebuild fitness. I had visited many gyms in the district before joining and I felt that this gym offered me the best ROI. The gym is multi purpose and caters to both weights enthusiasts and cross fit enthusiasts like myself with loads of equipments. The gym is one of the largest in the district without a doubt. The gym trainers which includes the gym owner shobhit too have an in depth understanding of muscles and body. Normally I don't get close to trainers as I usually move a lot due to work, but unlike my past gyms, I have grown to admire shobhit's dedication, the man has no ego and loves to help. I was forced to shed my aloofness and become a good friend because of his happy go nice nature. I have heard there are various plans and packages for personal mentoring, I just took up the regular one and renewed my membership after three months. As a gym, everything about it is the best, the place gives me a positivity boost everyday. There is ofcourse scope for improvement. I requested shobhit to offer other add on services like Zumba or Kick Boxing or Dance classes for the interested customers. Also individual exercise charts for each customer could be made mandatory so that everyone keeps track of exercises they do regularly. He assured they both are in pipeline. To sum it up, I loved my time, either getting coached or talking about life decisions with fellow workout buddies, trainers and shobhit. If I ever come back, will definitely join back again. Once you enter into gym you'll get to know how spacious the gym is. And this gym is located Infront of very good reputed College which is malnad college off engineering,,, we just love the to push our self Harder and trainer's are very supportive
