Hydar bro you are one the best trainer I found till date coz you just dont concentrate on weight loss but also the muscle gain, strength training, fat loss. Your trainings are not that painful infact they have very good impact.
When ever I feel something not good about exercise and diet , you will immediately change it and make sure it will not disturb our gut, sleep and never allow my energy level go down...
You will also push me up and motivate me that I can do it...for any problem you just have the solution..
I would highly recommend Hydar bro becoz you completely understand your client what are they comfortable with and what not etc... you will always make them achieve by making them understand things and how it actually works ( training and diet).
