SWEAT PARK FITNESS ARENA

Extremely good gym, if you are looking to join a gym which is just around the price of 10k-12k yearly (this might have increased by the time you are seeing this) it is the best gym for price range. The only problem I have is it's toooo crowded at peak time of 5-7pm. It's impossible to get a free machine or any dumbell at this time and also same for 5-7am. New jerai machines have been kept in the gym. Extremely good machines. Staff if missing most of the time it's without any trainer. Everyone is friendly and will help you if you asked them. One big problem: BRING YOUR OWN WATER. The water dispenser is not cleaned for months as I observed and you Must bring your own water to stay healthy. Great gym Apart from the 1 problem mentioned above.

I have genuinely enjoyed working out at this gym the atmosphere is great, the equipment is well-maintained, and most people here are supportive. It has always felt like a place where I could focus on my fitness journey and grow stronger. However, I had a deeply upsetting experience today with one of the trainers, Shakir Ali. This is the second time he has blamed me for not re-racking weights, even though I had already re-racked them. On both occasions, others used the bar after me and didn't re-rack, yet I was the one singled out and held responsible. Today, I was alone none of my regular friends were around and I honestly felt like this was intentional. He raised his voice in front of everyone, putting me in a humiliating situation for something I did not do. I was so overwhelmed I broke down. I come here to grow, not to be shamed or blamed for others actions. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. Trainers like Shakir Ali should uphold professionalism and respect not target individuals. Im sharing this so management and future members are aware, and so this behavior is addressed before it hurts someone else the way it hurt me.
