My experience with Commando was greater than I anticipated. The Trainer has done a fantastic job he has helped me to loose weight. I would recommend Commando to every gym enthusiastic person. :)
Basic average gym, old equipments need to upgrade, less benches and no chairs, it's ok for regular gym goers not for professional bodybuilders.
Not bad. But needs some renovation for better ambience. All in all good for an average workout.
