Vishwa Yoga Kendra Dandeli

I'm writing this review to rave about the yoga classes here! My mom, who always leaned introverted, has undergone a total transformation. At first, she was hesitant. She mentioned back and leg pain, and the social aspect of a group class intimidated her. But after a few weeks, I could see a shift. The instructor created a welcoming environment, and mom started feeling comfortable. More importantly, the yoga itself has been a game-changer. Mom's back and leg pain have become a distant memory. She's stronger, more flexible, and has a newfound spring in her step. The best part? She's having fun! Yoga has become her daily dose of self-care. She's not just healthier physically, but she's become more outgoing and even made friends in class. It's amazing to see her blossom like this. If you're thinking about yoga but are unsure, especially if you're an introvert or have aches and pains, don't hesitate! This class is for everyone, and the positive impact it can have is incredible.

I feel myself increased mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm, and fewer negative feelings after getting into a routine of practicing yoga. To say about our madam she is simply great a good motivational words from her encourage us to be positive minded always. Thanks Mam.

One of the best yoga class, must join. I have back issue so madam recommend me a particular exercise. Now I'm better.

I use to deal with lack of sleep & back pain a lot, since I joined this yoga class now I can sleep peacefully without any back pain or stress... I would like to request everyone to remove few hours of your day for your own mental and physical health and join our class
