I have been here since 1 year and I am training under dr. Milan. He is one of the best trainers. Very friendly and amiable. Gym is also clean. Mr.Shridhar is a good helper too.

The Best! Went for 21 days challenge to get into shape as I was going for trekking to Nagaland. Dr Milan made it possible for me. Lots of cardio and weights with good exercises for arms and legs...
