I have enrolled with shiva for Personal training in my postpartum, it's been 12 days training with him is excellent , he is very welcoming , friendly and professional too , in first meet he ensured he will take my PT with care as it was postpartum keeping in mind both nutrition and safety. he understands what type of workouts and diet body needs, he is communicative and available to help when I need , he corrects the postures and knows technique well, he very well knows to train the entire body, which part to be trained when. he is a perfect coach. he have done certifications in fitness and injury , I am pleased with the progress my body has done so far, moreover I feel like going to gym and working out more because of his mentoring, I am super excited to continue my journey to get fit with him , Thank you so much , I would love to recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness with Shiva !! Shivakumar is one of the best trainers in the coffee city Chikmagaluru. He is well Certified, Qualified and an overall professional coach. Any one wanting to achieve their desired fitness goals can without a doubt approach him.

This is my first ever gym experience and I believe for that, SHIVU has done a great job trying to help me out with everything I would want to know from basics to post work out .
