Annapoorna Swimming Pool academy is a very good place for kids. My child is learning swimming from a nice coach who is very patient and helpful. The pool is always clean and well maintained. The owners are friendly and always ready to support. I am happy with their service and highly recommend it to others.

Clean place, Crystal clear water. They have allocated swimming places for Men, Women and children separately. Have Cafetaria and bathroom facilities. Well organized staff.

Took my 2 year old for the pool. Initially the one who claimed to be receptionist asked us to rent the essential accessories to the baby which also included the cap. He also asked us to pay for it even before presenting them to us. Later after the payment was done another staff over there denied to give the cap for the baby and promised us to refund after we returned from the pool. However when we demanded for the same later the staff refused to do so and yelled at us before everyone. Also the staff who said the cap wasn't need claimed that he hasn't said anything as such. And when we asked the owner about this he instead of charging the staff so rudely told us not to enter the pool there after. So the whole issue is not just about the refund it's all about the toxic behaviour of the staff. Just because it's the only hygienic pool in the city the staff or the owners need not have to be so rude and impatient. This issue can take a turn at the consumer redressal court too. But let me not drag it till there.
