I started going to the gym to become healthier and stronger. At first, it was hard, and my body would get sore, but I didn't give up. I followed a routine with both weight training and some cardio. Slowly, I saw changes in my body-l became more active, my stamina improved, and I felt better every day. The gym also helped me stay focused and reduced my stress. Now, working out is a habit, and I enjoy it.
