I've been going to this gym for a while now, and it's been an amazing experience. Recently gym have changed the timings to morning to night without a break. Which is a great move for the people who works in corporate. Also well maintained machines and well educated trainers.

All the trainers are really helpful , A special shoutout to Trainer Anand -he's been incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional since day one. He genuinely pays attention to form, offers guidance without being pushy, and makes sure you're progressing safely. Great Gym with Excellent Facilities and Staff One of the best gyms in the area! The facility is well-maintained with a wide range of high-quality equipment and machines. The trainers and staff are friendly, helpful, and create a motivating environment for workouts. My only suggestion to the management would be to consider installing an exhaust fan or improving the ventilation system to enhance comfort during workouts. Best gym I have ever went until now. I think it's one of the best gym in Bangalore right now. Owner Mr Mohan are really humble and nice people. I love the surrounding and environment this gym brings. The gym has really positive vibes. You will see a lot of like minded and positive people working out here which will motivate you to do better.
