One of the best finds Google has helped me with. Having always quit the gym within a month, I am writing this review after 2 consistent months at the Den. RJ is definitely the best coach you can have to improve not only your strength but your stamina as well. His unique training methods have and personal focus on each student has already shown significant positive change. If you're apprehensive of the gym or working out in general, RJ is your go-to guy.
