Trainers spent hours preaching, rather then teaching sudarshan kriya. They forced everyone to give them a 5-star review in front of them (I left my phone at home so I escaped), dragged the session from 2 hours to 5 and shows videos after videos, marketing and using gimmicky strategies to talk about their guruji. It was a complete waste of time and that's three days I am not getting back.
