One of the best gym you can find around R T Nagar. The gym has best gym equipment. The trainers Arun and Hareesh and very well experienced, very polite and dedicated towards their work. They will guide you very well to achieve your goals whether it is weight loss/ weight gain or body shaping. After all its you that how dedicatedly follow the instructions and diet. I have been going to Silver's Gym for the past 4 months. The gym has all the equipment, from treadmills to cycling machines, and various types of weights. It has a good environment for exercise. If you're looking for a gym with a less crowded space and all the equipment needed for weight training, it would be the perfect place for you. I especially like the coach, Arun; his communication style and the way he motivates are excellent.

I joined this gym three months ago. I was very sceptical before joining, cause I enquired and went through a lot of personal reviews of around 25-30 gyms. None of them were satisfying. Silver's gym was recommended by one of my friends, which turns out to be the best in town, and I can certainly vouch for it. Trainer Hari is one of the best trainers, very humble, kind and approachable. He can make any workout intresting Thankyou!
