Started gym 1 year back and everything was new to me, but then my trainer Rakesh taught me everything from scratch,pushed my limits and motivated me to stay consistent and helped me to reduce around 20kgs! Not just him, but all the trainers(vikas sir, dilip sir, muthu sir) at the gym are very humble and polite and one can approach them without any hesitation. The gym too has all the equipments, is quite spacious, has all the amenities and the vibe keeps you motivated!!

Initially just by the visit i was so impressed by their ambience and the way they received me ,if you notice this is one of the gym located in the ground floor itself with 1st floor .Talking about the trainer from the beginning I've opted for personal training which I'm telling you will benefit you in lot ways and my trainer Rakesh Singh who's age is same as mine doing wonders in this gym by transforming people according to their demand very cooperative and makes sure you push your limit , the diet plan he provides is very effective and gives visible result which includes easy groceries and normal food not with the ones which we can't even pronounce ,he handles 4 clients at the same time and make sure everyone does their workout properly with genuine care not just him each and every trainer here is there to help you never hesitate to approach them .with the amenities and facilities they provide for the gym fees russh fitness should be your first preference and join it right away .
