Pump - up is one of the best gyms I've been to! The place is super clean and hygienic, the trainers are friendly and always ready to help. The environment is peaceful and comfortable, making workouts really enjoyable. It's also very affordable for students, and the owner is really supportive. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about fitness!

The gym is well equipped with good quality machines and equipments. The trainers are professional, humble, supportive and friendly. People are also really friendly and its hard not end up befriending at least some other gym member if you go regularly The trainers also walk you through the proper form and technique for the warmup and different exercises with great enthusiasm and they also take into account your current physical prowess before laying out a well thought out exercise routine for you.

I have been visiting the gym for almost a week now, as a beginner with no experience with workouts, i was a little skeptical about joining the gym, thinking people wouldn't train if we don't opt for personal training. But PUMP UP BENGALURU proved it wrong. The gym is clean, hygienic, the equipments are amazing and the environment is very positive ! Along with that, there are fabulous trainers as well. I must say thanks to my trainer Vijay sir, who is so supportive, knowledgeable and exactly knows what I should do and how capable I am as a beginner, he has never forced to do any workout which I cannot, but also has positively motivated me when I almost gave up. He is very polite, friendly, i am beyond grateful to you Vijay sir.
