This Gym is really awesome and especially the trainer Named Pankaj who is simply extraordinary, I lost 4 KGS in just 1 month with his training with equipment's, he started with basic of free hand exercises and I joined exactly on Feb 25 2025 where I was 85.5 Kg and today it is 81.5 kg. Infarct I was away from gym for a week and I was guided by him to follow running when u had been to Tamilnadu for my personal reason. And he is very simple and the workouts what he suggests is highly worth it. And good thing is This GYM does not charge you extra for giving you workouts in spite of you joining as a regular But also they do have combo like Personal training with diet plan and Zumba and etc. I am so happy that to get motivated trainer like Pankaj thanks a lot to you Master and I really impressed and I thank PRK Gym owner to have a such a great trainer.
