PRK fitness is one of the best gym in the area. Tried a lot of gyms in the area but the aura and environment which they create is unmatchable. Both the the trainers are very good and humble and always try to suggest exercises as per your physique. Gym is very neat and clean with all the appropriate equipments which are of highest quality. I would recommend to try PRK fitness and you yourself will see the difference in your physique :)

Very very rude staff, the owner himself behaves like a rowdy king, you can't use treadmill more than 20min that is what they say and made a rule for their gym just because they receive high electricity bill if we are on treadmill for longer, he just turned off the fuse of electricity while we were on treadmill for more than 20mins, I was about fall on it due to sudden stop- when asked him he spoke to us with very abusive language (naan enu ghante alladistilla illi, idu nan gym nan rule) We took membership last year dec and it's April today while I post this we have still not received any invoice from them even after asking them for multiple time they was no response but when we asked about it today while an argument he says it's our responsibility to ask them - this is how this gym organization is working They don't have any certified trainers in the gym, all they have is basic trainer. If you are looking forward to join this gym, please don't join as the owner and staff treat you as their slaves and not as a customer, they don't even have basic sense of talking to the customer- if you try to discuss the basic issues in the gym they just turn your opinion/ feedback's off. If this was to run on an economy thinking of electric bill increase due to 10mins more a treadmill they what services are you giving to the customers sir? Gym looks fancy with no basic facilities, hygiene is not kept onto the mark, we ourselves have to clean every equipment before use, they don't have a housekeeper full time, the housekeeping lady just cleans it once's and done for the day when there are many people using equipment's Terrible experience, they are not refunding our membership money and no invoice for the same is given and the way we were treated when asked was worst, very rudely told to us that "this is my gym and my rule"

Gym looks fancy and good but the staff and trainer, especially the owner is very rude and is very abusive in local language, he just gives the don vibes - we wanted to use the treadmill for 30mins as a part of our personal course but this guy without even informing us about the usage is only for 20min he just turned off the electricity, I was running during that period was about to fall due to sudden jerk, very indecent behaviour but when asked him - he said my gym my rule, then what about our membership that we took for train here sir? Very very terrible behaviour and used local abusing language when my husband tried to ask him, if this is the level of respect and space given to a customer then what is the use of paying for the gym when basic training is not allowed and during this time the gym was free and nobody else was using the treadmill, we understand if it's a the peak hours and we train accordingly- when we asked him he said that the electric bill that they are receiving is really high and they can't afford 10 more minutes on the treadmill - if this is how you want to run the gym in a economy and calculating 10mins of power on treadmill why are you running a gym sir? Better you shut it down

PRK Gym Jakkur Road is best Gym in this area. It is specious and maintained well. Must join.

Best gym in this area ,the equipments are quite good and the hygiene they maintain at the gym is appreciable The owner and the trainer "Vicky" both are quite friendly and helpful.

I being a member of this gym from the day it has opened , here is my opinion this place has good space and better equipment for the price we pay , and owner and staff r very professional , recently i saw some review from a member of the same gym , i was there when that incident happened , just to clarify even the other members has to understand that when cardio equipment is less then they have to limit there workout for 20 mins , just coz u have paid it doesnt mean u own the place and u run on treadmill for 1 hr without leaving for others , and even after multiple request and warning they were doing the same , and on the incident day they 2 others including me we were waiting for the treadmill , their whole family was on 3 treadmill doing for more than 1 hr , i still believe there was no wrong of the owner in taking a step in switching off the treadmill ,because they were very rude and abusive towards the owner and for the owner all the cleints r same and evryone deserve the same access to all tbe machines .cheers to owner for handling in smother way .

Spacious gym with cordial staff. Hygienic n well maintained.
