A Life-Changing Gym!
Play On Fitness completely changed my life! This is the first gym I ever joined, and I couldn't have asked for a better start. I went from 83 kg to 70 kg here, and the journey has been incredible. The trainers are supportive, the atmosphere is motivating, and the whole vibe keeps you consistent.
More than just workouts, this place taught me discipline, confidence, and a new way of looking at fitness. Truly grateful to be a part of this amazing gym!

Working out here from last 3 years, gym needs urgent repairs. The machines are broken most of the time, and even the working ones make strange sounds. The flooring is damaged and unsafe. It feels like the place is neglected completely. Definitely not a good environment to train in.

All the equipments are available, but few machines are old.
Sad things no discipline in the gym, everyone throwing plates and dumbbells. You feel like Diwali sounds!
Machines are Full occupied. You have to wait for couple of minutes in the queue.
For stretching extra space is really good and stretching machines are also available.

One of the better gyms. Don't know what the negative reviews are crying about. Yes, a few machines get broken from time to time but that's due to the sheer volume of people using them everyday. It gets repaired within a week.

Gym has all equipments but that doesn't make it a good gym, those equipment should work well! At this gym equipments are poorly maintained and every other day some machines are out of service! They are taking 3-4 days to fix one machine and that is super frustrating! During rush hour gym is so crowded that you just cannot work out! They are taking more people than their 200% capacity and in turn all weights are torned! Most 25kg plate are so rugged that they no longer weigh 25! Cult need to look into this

One of the best gyms I have seen in Bangalore in terms of equipment and ambience. I am not sure about the trainers but if you are at an intermediate level or above, this is one of the best options.

My grandma would have more weights if she ever owned a gym compared to play on fitness. There's only one set of dumbbells for each weight. Even though there's one set of dumbbells for each weight, you'll find one 20kg dumbbell in cardio section and one 20KG in weights section. Oh and 15kg is just one dumbbell. Not one set, just one stand alone 15kg dumbbell. Noone re racks weights, owners and staff are least bothered to tell anyone to re rack weights. There were no trainers to help and spot you if needed. One trainer was available who was busy doing his own photoshoot. Machines are so old. The incline bench kept on sliding away when I tried doing rear delt flys. The benches are of low quality. Imagine if the bench fell down when I had weights in my hand, the gym is a safety and health hazard. Treadmills don't work or work partially, I tried increasing the incline angle, but the treadmill kept on increasing the speed. Like bro I don't want to run, I want incline treadmill.
