Terrible Gym - Stay Away from Old School Fitness I had one of the worst experiences at Old School Fitness in Budigere Cross. The gym is poorly maintained, overcrowded, and completely lacks any sense of professionalism. The so-called "trainer" is uneducated and clearly has no proper knowledge of fitness or training techniques. Worse, the owner falsely claims to be certified -- when asked for proof, he had nothing to show. It's all talk and no credibility. The owner and his brother act arrogant and dismissive, with no real concern for member safety or results. They run this place like a joke, not a gym. There's no structure, no guidance, and absolutely no value for your money. If you're serious about your health or fitness goals, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. Cult or any reputable gym is a far better option. This place is all fake hype -- no substance.

Have been training here for more than a week now. So the feedback is entirely based on the training sessions i had in these many days. Hands down, best choice I've made in recent time. Equipment and machines are pretty top-notch and are well maintained on a routine basis. No gym is complete without a trainer, here you would find the trainers who are very knowledgeable and guide you in a right way, they give you right set of exercise keeping your body structure and health, they will closely monitor your exercise in case you have any niggles or past medical history and the work out is planned accordingly. Exercises are changed by the trainer, again it depends upon how your body is adapting and coping with the exercises, changing workout routines every three or four weeks is a good rule of thumb. For the best results, you should change it up according to your experience level, Again, it's all about priming your body for continual adaptations and those go beyond the muscular level. Trainers are very cooperative and supportive. Even if you do not opt for a personal trainer, they will put in their hard work and extra efforts, they monitor your workouts and keep a track of all exercises starting from warmup till the time one finishes their exercise. The place is quite hygienic, all the SOPs for COVID-19 are followed here, Highly recommended!
