Really Good place and all equipments are really well maintained, All precautions are taken and proper cleanliness is maintained at this situation. Gym opens at 5 am and closes by 10 pm Ladies has separate Timeslots as well Adharsh is friendly and amazing coach and provides proper guidance on workouts and diet... All Equipments are new and well setup!! I'm completely satisfied with the overall experience...

Love this gym! It's always super clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a great workout. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the trainers are awesome--super knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. I've seen a lot of improvement since I joined. Great vibes all around.

This is the best GYM i ever seen & Trainers here are super cool and they take interest in you to give the best no matter in what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. It's great to me for good experience and lot's of learning here TQ @Ocean-fitness for improving myself here!
