One of the biggest and good gym in the Hunsumaranahalli surroundings. Here trainers are very good and friendly and always helpful. I have joined here and coming for the past 2 months. Really you will make you happy hour great if you join here

I normally don't post reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience here, especially for women who are considering joining this gym. Unfortunately, the environment at this gym is extremely uncomfortable and outdated. The husband-wife duo who run it hold very orthodox views, especially towards women. As a female member, I constantly felt unwelcome and restricted. We were often told to stay in one corner of the gym, and it was repeatedly said that "their main business is with boys and girls are occupying space of boys," which is deeply disappointing and discriminatory. Rather than encouraging or guiding us, both trainers seemed more focused on enforcing their own biased opinions. They don't allow members the freedom to do proper workouts, and there's little to no support or positivity for female fitness. It's 2025 -- such regressive thinking has no place in the fitness world. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, especially women who are serious about their health and fitness journey.

Excellent gym with top-notch equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Clean facilities, great workout variety, and supportive trainers make it a perfect place for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Highly recommended
